Dr. Albert G. Mar
Dr. Mar received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1976. He enjoys travelling, playing softball, and tennis in his spare time.
Dr. Mar is currently seeing patients at the Mack Rd and Sunrise Blvd clinics.

Dr. Raman K. Takher
Dr. Raman Takher was born in the beautiful British Columbia. She received her education at the University of British Columbia. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2003. Her training consists of an Advance Care Clinic at the Illinois Eye Institute, Hudson VA Medical Center in New York, a Surgical Eye Center in Illinois, and an advanced Pediatric Eye Clinic in Redmond, WA. Dr. Takher was recognized with Honors while rotating through her internships.
After working for a few years in the state of Washington, she has relocated to Yuba City where she resides with her husband and their newborn girl, Samiya. Away from the practice, she enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with her family. Dr. Takher sees patients at our Sunrise Blvd clinic.

Dr. Sukh S. Takher
Dr. Sukh Takher was born and raised in Northern California. He received his education at University of California, Davis and at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, where he graduated with a Degree in Optometry in 2004. Following graduation from ICO he completed residency training at the Roseburg VA Medical Center in Oregon where ocular disease was strongly emphasized. His clincal experience comes from the Palo Alto VA Medical Center, Spokane VA Medical Center, and the Advanced Eyecare at the Illinois Eye Institue. He has been recognized with Honors while rotating in his clinical training.
Dr. Takher has lectured on Interferon Therapy associated Retinopathy, Current Topics in Glaucoma Treatment, and Ophthalmic Manifestations with Diabetes. Since Dr. Takher has a strong medical background, he comes to the practice with the latest training in eye care.
Away from the office Dr Takher enjoys working out, playing basketball, and traveling to exotic places. He is married to Raman, also an Optometrist in the practice, and they reside in Yuba City with their newborn daughter, Samiya. Dr. Takher currently sees patients at our Mack Rd and Sunrise Blvd locations.
